Hand and Stone

The messed up the scheduling but called me 4 times to rectify.

1230 appt begin at 1 pm. A lot of noise outside of my facial room. Previous massages i had were awful.

The sent she put on my face made me feel stuffy. Did not get full hr Massage.

Too much conversation

I was seen 6 minutes late and only had a 42 minute massage.

I was really tight in my back & shoulder area. After the massage, I have more soreness and aches.

The only reasons I was not highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience are small details. I have a later appointment and thus normally am waiting 5 - 10 minutes to be taken back. The walls are also pretty thin so I can hear multiple people during my massage.

Normally with services that are an hour I get a hand/arm massage and at some places feet while the products are on my face. I did not get that with my hour it was more like an express facial

Therapist only did facial for 40 minutes. Told her my Face felt dry after treatment but she didn’t address it. Therapist didn’t do a good job with extractor tool.

I ordered the aromatherapy but it was only used now and then. Also pressure used and techniques used could be better
