The therapist is knowledgeable and competent. The staff continue to be distracted and not highly professional.

Fue mi primera vez en Hand & Stone, fue una experiencia agradable, relajante y satisfactoria. La próxima visita estaré más pendiente a los pequeños detalles para dar mi repuesta “muy satisfecha”

Always room for improvement it was a good experience but in order for me to give you a highly satisfied I’d need to see consistency. Check back after I’ve used several services.

I scheduled in person after my last session, however the person I scheduled with was changed to another person without giving me any notice. I wasn’t happy about that at all. I started this membership in Orlando, and each and every time I come in I have to explain all over again instead of making a note in your system. Just a bit aggravating. I’ve been paying for this for almost a year because I can’t find time to use it, when I’m trying to use it to add on time to my massage the option is I either loss part of the money I spent or spend more money while I still have massages I’ve paid for. I don’t think it’s fair that I’m not able to use part of the money for additional time for a massage. There are others I’ve used and was able to use half the time without losing my money.

Receptionist was busy with another guest and delayed my massage. But Masseuse came to welcome me and I registered after my service.

After reactivating my membership (on hold for 13months, due to my erratic work schefule) I finally booked a massage. I had a new massotherapist. While she was good, she wasn't as good as the previous massotherapist.

After moving from Colorado (very dry) to Cleveland (more humid), the estatician wasn't really able to help me come up with a new plan for taking care of my skin- just mentioned that it was dry and that she didn't like the Dermalogica brand (which I've been using for about a year). She gave me some products to try but didn't explain how to mix them in with the current regiment, nor did she recommend a new brand to try after the Dermalogica runs out... I will try a different estatician next time and see if they can provide more help.

I loved my massage. However, I felt the therapist did not completely massage all areas, specifically my feet and arms. Maybe she was not supposed to massage those areas any more than she did, but when the massage was over, I thought, "Oh, she missed some areas."
