Hand and Stone

I walked in with a very sore back due to muscle knots and walked out feeling better but not completely relieved.

I it was very professional I was taken on time they treated me very nicely

I asked the receptionist to figure out why my husband and my account package were not the same and to have it ready when I came in for my appointment and it was never done. Had to wait for a few people to check it while I waited which should have already been done so I wouldn't need to wait. I also asked for my receipt to be sent email and it's been three days and still haven't received it

Overall a great place to get a massage. Quality of massage based on therapist. My last two have been awesome.

I think Hand and Stone is superior to Massage Envy. I like the ambiance better and the bathrooms are nicer. It would be nice If I could pick the music to listen to during my massage.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I am transferring from another hand & stone, so am getting used to new surroundings. I will definitely return to this hand and stone.

I paid extra for spot treatments thought that would include extra extractions. Only did a couple on both my cheeks nose and chin. None on my for head, and I have black heads and white heads all over.

The products while I'm sure they are very effective are just somewhat expensive for me.

The experience was very satisfactory but I have had some other sessions that were a little more effective in terms of allocating the time spend on various areas. This one concentrated a major portion of time on the back and neck when I was looking for an overall but don't get me wrong it was still very good and I would return to this same therapist and just request a better allocation of concentration. The areas hit all feel better!

Listened to a lady understandably upset that Regina was scheduled with someone else (me) when she had requested her as well. That happened to me when I booked an appointment for someone to attend in my stead. Big disappointment since Regina is so amazing and I wanted my person to experience that level of excellence.
