Because my appointment started more than a half hour later than it was supposed to. I arrived a half hour early for my 1:00 appointment so I could fill out any paper work, but I wasn't taken back for my massage until 1:40

It should be a rule that your massage therapists do not ask the client what they do for work during the massage. Work is the last thing we want to think about during our massage. This has happened to me with different therapists. Also, would be nice if you offered hot herbal tea in the reception area.

I thought my massage therapist was great. Best massage I've gotten. The only "issue" I had was when paying I got a little to pressured to sign up for a package, even after I said I'd have to discuss it with my husband. Other than that everything was perfect! I'll most definitely return!

The therapist on this past visit was fantastic. I think her name is Jenni and she really was attentive by listening to what was bothering me, she was professional and invited me to come back so she could continue the therapy. Making the appointment on line has not been such a positive experience. I have tried to do it twice as the receptionist told me that if an appointment was made on line their is some kind of reward. The first time they didn't respond for over 2.5 days even though they are open seven days a week. They said something about me making the online request on the weekend. If that is so then a disclaimer should be posted. The second time, I left a message in the comment section that requested a call if a cancellation came up in the next 36 hours. Nobody responded online so I called. Bottom line, online booking is difficult. Thankfully the experience with the massage therapist was great.

Felt rushed and not listened to. Prices at the end of service inconsistent with what Mr Ditto had explained when I signed up I was not sure they gave me the newcomer discount plus any difference additionally depending on what service I selected. The receipt also did not reflect the breakdown of individual prices and tax.

I asked her if she could wash her hands and quickly do my face but she said the time was about up--I think she could have taken no more than 3 minutes to do this. Otherwise, she was very good--strong pressure, etc.

I felt as if I expressed my aches and pains and where I would like to focus on and then the areas discussed weren't focused on anymore than the other areas of my body. I left with the same pain as when I arrived because of the area not being treated as I felt it should have been.
