Hand and Stone

I had originally booked a one hour which I called and changed to an hour and a half, which I was told was confirmed. My session ended after one hour and when I checked with the front desk, they sadi they didn't have it in the computer.

Regina is great. However when I have been unable to book an apt with her and had a different masseuse, the experience was very unsatisfactory. Because Regina is so popular it is increasingly difficult to book with her.

Several times I got a call right before appointment either cancelling it, giving me a therapist I did not request, or asking me to come in 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. Complained to owner, who had poor follow-through

We did not receive the couples retreat package as purchased but instead received the couples massage.

I asked for the focus to be on my upper body, as I carry a lot of tension in my neck and back. The therapist accommodated this request, but spent so much time on my neck and shoulders that she was rushed for my back. I would be surprised if she spent even 10 minutes of the 50 working on my back. Though my neck felt quite a lot better, for which I am indeed grateful, my back was left sorely disappointed.

The receptionist were very very nice and welcoming. The massage was just OK.

It was very warm in the facial room. And, the fan she had on in room not working properly, so it provided little air flow and made a horrible smell that took nearly 20 min to clear after asking her to shut it off.

My massage therapist was amazing. Takeeya was by far the best of the three massages I've had at this location. She was friendly, just the right amount of chatty to make me feel really comfortable, and she gave me the most amazing massage I've ever had. I'm definitely ensuring I schedule my next appointment with her again!

Appointment started 10 minutes late and ended on time meaning that I was 15 minutes short.

I had my eyebrows waxed and they were red and puffy into the next day. Other than that the service was great.
