I received massage and facial services as a gift. I had no expectations for the visit nor was I willing to add any extra services to my package, of which I stated to the front desk staff when I arrived. I was looking for a day of pampering, my massage was wonderful. My facial was great, however, again I was not interested in adding any additional services to my package however at each step of my facial, the team member was aggressive in selling products to me and to again ask for additional services of which I stated I was not interested in. After my facial, I was taken to the product counter to again be shown products that she recommended to me. Again, not interested in adding anything additional (services or products). As I was checking out, I was also asked about joining and adding a monthly membership, respectfully, I was not interested in monthly services. The front desk representation prodded for my reasons for not joining, unfortunately services are not in my monthly budget. I was looking for a day of pampering and seemed to have gotten interactions that included sell up, sell up, sell up. Your staff were courteous but it did not feel like a day of pampering for me.

Appointments rarely start on time.

It was a little to bright and a little loud for my personal preference. This would not prevent me from returning and the provider asked me about the volume in the room.

Great location. Accommodating to the time change request. Staff very pleasant

I couldn't get over the fact that my bill rang up as $49.95, but my monthly contractual price is $59.95 plus tax. I was told that there is a $10.00 monthly membership fee - although, when I joined, I was not told of a monthly membership fee

Overall, I thought it was a great experience.
