Everyone at the reception desk is very pleasant. My esthetician, MacKenzie is absolutely fantastic. Besides be warm and friendly, she is so knowledgeable about skin care and has been very helpful with improving my skin... which can be challenging considering I'm 74. :)

The environment was relaxing. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The massage therapist used the type of pressure I preferred. I enjoyed the zen music that was played during my massage.

Ciera is a superstar massage therapist. I have consistently had a membership to get a massage monthly since this Woodmere, Ohio location opened around 6 years ago. I also go to Alexis who is outstanding as well. I really like the service provided, how clean the location is & the help is always friendly.

Got a 50 minute massage and loved it! Next time I'll probably go for a longer one because it was so enjoyable.

Wendy gave an excellent prenatal massage and focused on my "problem areas," which I really appreciated. I have TMJ and she was able to really work my jaw, neck and hips, which helped with pain relief.
