As an almost five year member, I’m always very satisfied with the services I receive from the staff. Ashley is an excellent massage therapist, and she’s always attentive to my aches and pains. Her expertise and professionalism is always exceptional. The receptionists always make me feel welcome and appreciated.

The therapist was professional. She addressed my needs and asked questions. She appeared very skilled.

Walking into the building, I immediately felt relaxed -- even though apprehensive about my first massage -- and welcomed. The receptionists were both very helpful and courteous, and my massage therapist, Ciera, was great. I will definitely will be returning and look to trying some of the add on services.

I am very happy coming to this Hand & Stone Location. The staff at counter does not usually introduce themselves but they are always positive. The massages are always wonderful.

From entering for my massage to leaving it was a perfect experience. Jordan was able to effectively resolve many of my arthritic pain hot spots where no other interventions have worked. She was kind and professional and left feeling the best I have felt since I can recall. My first massage but not my last. Thank you all so much!!!

Gordona (Please excuse the spelling) was extremely friendly and comfortable to be around. I really appreciate that she had the bed warmed up. The temperature was just right.

Noelle is a pure delight. Very knowledgeable and her skill and facials always feel amazing and relaxing.
