The cleanliness and quality of massage is what I like most. It’s easy to book if I book early. The staff is friendly, I have only had two issues in many years, One receptionist got rude when I had to cancel because of an emergency which that has only been my ever cancel. She called back and made it right because my therapist talked to her. There should be given a one time cancel to members, especially since I have been called and asked to reschedule about 5 different times. Otherwise I have great experiences at hand and stone and have had my stiff shoulder healed from coming regularly.

The staff was very friendly. The massage was at a good price. Also the experience was relaxing.

I had a challenging past couple of weeks and was in desperate need of relaxation. After my session with Wendy I felt renewed. Love the heated Himalayan salt stones!

Nicole is excellent, addressing concerns, knowledgeable, and treatment! The reception staff is very welcoming and efficient. However I am not happy with the lack disclosure when using packages. I tried to ask for clarification but……I still believe it is very misleading, not sure if that is by design, I would hop not.

Vincent listens to my concerns and delivers an excellent massage every time. I enjoy the stretching elements and his pressure/technique are just right for me to relieve my tension without causing too much discomfort.

Kevin was a great massage therapist. He checked in with me about pressure preferences and was a great conversationalist but not overly talkative which is great. Stephanie did a great job on my facial and was very detailed in her explanations. I asked questions and she was very knowledgeable. I was thoroughly impressed per usual

I did observe an upgrade to the receptionist area. I've seen Kevin I believe 4 times now and he does an excellent job. The sales are also great and keeps me coming back due to being reasonably priced.

Vincent was amazing and knew exactly how to get to my pain points. He also gave me some good tips for stretching at home to help reduce the pain I am having. Look forward to my next appointment!
