My massage therapist, Brenton, is topnotch. He has been the consistently excellent and I look forward to all of my massages. The staff is courteous and efficient. The facility both waiting area and massage room are always immaculate.

She addressed my needs, she seemed very conscientious, and was quite gentle.

My massage was fabulous- I hope to keep booking on the regular with the same woman. Five stars all around. I've told a few of my friends to sign up since then as well!

Therapist on time. Seemed to have my comfort a priority. Listened to my directions on pressure.

I look forward to my weekly massage. The massage therapist always works on my sore spots and makes me feel better. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when the massage is done. It's almost like magic.

Vincent/therapist was very kind, thoughtful, and talked about what he was doing to help me understand. Learned a lot about deep tissue massages, and definitely would return to see him again. I didn't appreciate the cost of the massage. That's really the only dissatisfier. Very expensive. I'd be ok with the total price if 25% of it went towards tip.

At this point, I believe I have been a member of Hand and Stone for almost four years. I find my membership to be quite valuable. It is just nice to know I can go from time to time and not have to think about the cost in the moment. Entering Hand and Stone somehow always feels like a homecoming. The process of relaxing happens immediately. I do wish appointments were more readily available like they used to be, but I understand that to be yet another byproduct of the pandemic. I do appreciate that Hand and Stone has managed to keep its high standards and the patience and flexibility it had with members who stayed loyal throughout the pandemic.

I had some facial issues and we talked and she gave me recommendations of some products to buy. I like the new products.

Vincent is sooooo gifted and skilled. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
