Alexis was attentive to my requests for which areas to focus. The front desk staff managed the transition of the appointment from my husband (whose account was used and who made the appointment, but couldn't make it) to my name very easily and without complaint.

McKenzie always takes care of me. Really addresses the concerns I have on my skin and suggest the right type of treatment for it. She is friendly and personable and has a very gentle voice which makes for a comfortable appointment.

I’m just recovering from claw toe surgery( 4 toes on rt.foot) and have grown weaker from doing less. Out of commission for few months and trip east to help relative with Illness, I asked what I could do to catch up. Receptionist was understanding and explained solution. I had a firm massage with Emilia ( like Helen sp?) and she was terrific. She listened, answered my questions and her massage was terrific. I felt so much better the next day. She also knows anatomy and told me things I could do to strengthen my bad leg. I thought I knew enough, but she shared more. Em has positive attitude, is mature, and inspired me to take care of me! I hope your company compensates her adequately. I plan to go more often and I’d hate to lose her. I’ve had other masseuses at Hand and Stone but she’s my favorite. You are lucky to have her!
