Hand and Stone

This was my first time there and my massage was amazing. My therapist used wonderful pressure and worked a lot of my problem areas. Would have loved some addition time on my lower back problem area but I left feeling relaxed and with less aches then when I came in. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and first facial next month.

I am very much enjoying my experience as a Hand and Stone member. I feel pampered and valued every time I attend. The experience is always positive.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because of my message therapist, Ashley. Ashley is a great message therapist, and she always targets my problem areas allowing me to feel better. I’m always satisfied with the ombiance of the room.

After not being able to enjoy massages for almost 2 years due to Covid 19, I looked forward to this and loved every minute of it. It was pure heaven as Alexis worked on my problem areas.

My massage therapist was very thorough and knowledge and friendly

The 2 therapists I had at my most recent sessions were AMAZING! I hadn't gotten a massage in over 4 months & really needed it! They both were extremely good. I have had 1 mediocre service but most have been at least good if not great. I don't like that packages can't be split up so that I could get two 75 minute sessions out of 3 paid sessions. I want to get the full value of my payments! Splitting sessions should generally be allowed & they are at another competitor's services. I don't like that 90 minute massages are really 80 minutes and that 1 hour massages are 50 minutes. I think that memberships should provide full 1 hour and 1.5 hour massages, especially with the recent price increase. Perhaps, non-members would get the shorter sessions for the higher price. I also don't like that the 80 minute massages seem very difficult to schedule with VERY little availability. In general, there needs to be more availability within a 1 week time frame for people who need to schedule last minute. The company should have enough on call therapists to be able to accommodate last minute schedulers. I have never seen all the rooms used up, so the issue is labor.
