The receptionist customer service was excellent and they work as a team to accommodate needs. I was able to schedule a last minute massage in with my facial. Trevonna did an excellent job consulting about my concerns and adapting the service knowing of my adjoined massage. She was extremely educated and personable, and I was impressed by her asking for me to schedule a follow up appointment with her. I am an esthetician- and this is KEY! Great job! Alexis was a phenomenal massage therapist. I do like firm pressure and she even invited me to ask for her to up it if needed- and while I should have asked- I didn't because I was in such a relaxed trance. This was the first message I've EVER had where the provider didn't keep a conversation going the entire time. I follow the vibe so would never ask for quiet because I feel that is rude- but I feel Alexis read the room and in turn I was able to truly relax and take in the atmosphere. Thank you so much! 10/10 for both! Thank you all for being so accommodating!

The therapists always get the right area concentrate on it and when she’s finish the job is done at the particular area it’s OK

My massage therapist Brenton has been amazing. Too bad it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment with him unless you get it 2 months in advance. I do wish my husband had the same experience with the people he has gone to. He is thinking of ending his membership.

I was impressed with my esthetician, Megan, and her willingness in taking her time evaluating my skin and managing it well. Products are a little pricey unfortunately…
