This was my first time having and esthetician that is the same race as me and understood my skin better than the last person I saw. I really appreciated that and felt more comfortable. I love all the staff I have seen before, but having someone with my skin made it a better experience.

My esthetician, Nicole, is the reason I continue my membership and come in monthly. The problem I experienced on this visit was not with my service, rather I was advised there is an issue with my monthly billing, and I don't know if it's been resolved yet.
