My aesthetician McKenzie was great! However, I do think giving members the OPTION of an every other month package vs monthly package is more appeasing and convenient; especially during the pandemic crisis.

Therapist is amazing

The receptionists were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. My therapist adjust pressure in specific areas that needed a more delicate touch. My therapist asked which specific areas were bothersome and made sure to check if those areas had relief after the massage.

Enrolling in the Membership for Hand & Stone is the best decision I made in 2021. I am not a frivolous person and rarely buy or do special things for myself. Having a monthly appointment knowing I am doing something healthy and good for myself just give me something to look forward to in this crazy time of life uncertainty. Having all the stress relieved from my shoulders and body feels wonderful. It's not an expense but a investment into my health and well being.
