very friendly staff, professional, the therapist listened and focused on the areas I mentioned

My esthetician, Nicole, is the reason I continue my membership and come in monthly. The problem I experienced on this visit was not with my service, rather I was advised there is an issue with my monthly billing, and I don't know if it's been resolved yet.

As soon as I arrived for my appointment the receptionist greeted me with my name then soon after, I was able to walk in for my facial. The Esthetician Trevonna was knowledgeable and very professional! My skin feels fabulous, I will definitely come back in the next 90days !

The therapist was knowledgeable and ask what specific needs I had at the time. The room was peaceful and relaxing. She took her time and spent the appropriate amount of time on the areas of need. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful in getting me signed in and in making my next appointment. They also explained the options available to me and thanked me for coming to Hand and Stone.

Everything was great. If this type of luxury fit within my budget I would join.. but it unfortunately does not.

Pam was so friendly and eager to make my visit pleasurable. I felt very comfortable with her. It was very relaxing and I learned more of how to take care of myself. I will definitely continue to have my facials done by Pam.

Ashley is a wonderful massage therapist and is also very nice.

My massage therapist was amazing. She was very attentive to each area of my body and was very kind. The staff was lovely, and the ambiance was relaxing. I will definitely be back next month.
