The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the waiting room and massage room is very clean and peaceful. The massage therapist is very good. I enjoyed my message.

The staff is always polite and hospitable. My massage therapist, Natalie is one of THE best I’ve ever had. She has been helping me with my numerous issues for over a year. I don’t think there’s ever been a session that she didn’t use a little different technique in a different spot. Her sessions are never routine and I know she’s using her expertise to taylor the massage for exactly what is needed. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful she is and how instrumental she has been to my recovery (from a shoulder surgery) and my other chronic issues.

I asked my therapist for heavy pressure and got it. She also focused on the areas I requested. Great massage.

The staff were all very friendly. I had to leave really promptly after my appointment for another engagement and they did everything they could be be efficient and get me out quickly. I have the monthly package at H & S and I am always happy with the service and staff.
