Nicole was very thorough in explaining the process, what she was using & doing, and the condition of my skin. She offered a few services beyond just the regular facial to help with my skin issues, again explaining what she was using and how it worked, as well as the cost so I didn't have any surprises at checkout. Overall she was very helpful and my skin feels amazing!

I arrived on time and there was no weight time. The receptionist was curious. My masseuse was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and worked on the specific areas I told her about. Everything was fantastic!

Felt great afterward; great value for the introductory cost. I would probably not choose the hot stone massage again--not worth the extra $$. But I would definitely get a massage or other treatment.

I have always had a great experience with all staff every time. The online scheduling is the only issue I have. The service is always excellent.
