Hand and Stone

Overall I had a great experience at Hand & Stone, with this being my first massage I really enjoyed it. Everything was clean, and very relaxing.

I'm always pleased with the experience at Hand & Stone. Easy to book, friendly staff, and an overall positive experience. I always use the same therapist, Ashley, and she is the best! Excellent at her job, with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Nicole is extremely knowledgeable about products and procedure. Plus she is very friendly and let’s me know how to take the best care of my skin. I feel like I am doing something good for my body when I get a facial.

Everyone is very professional and friendly and I am trying products as I return for services. some work well others not so much. would like more availability for schedule however, as I experience new faces I remain very satisfied. thank you

Excellent customer service

My issues were addressed (aging, black heads and more) I had questions about other skin concern and they were answered (very knowledgable staff) I was given the option to do the normal facial or upgrade to collagen (my preference) I like how i have the option to upgrade my facials or do add-ons (for an additional fee) when the appointment starts.

The whole experience was fabulous. The quality of the service was fabulous and I was thoroughly impressed with the results. I’ve already told 5 people about what a wonderful experience I had and look forward to returning next month.

Massage therapist is great. Very nice place. Also friendly. I like going once a month.
