My visit was a wonderful gift. It was nice to walk in and see mostly women of color in a field where I have not encountered many. Very friendly and smiling. They made me feel very welcome. The ambience and the room was awesome. It felt both like an experience and therapeutic. The therapist was very good and knowledgeable. Explained what needed to be explained. Great experience. Definitely plan to return.

Before coming to this appointment, I had a massage somewhere else and the therapist's pressure was too hard, leaving me sore and in pain. When I shared this information with Kevin (my therapist at H & S) he listened intently and during my treatment continually checked to make sure the pressure was to my liking and comfort level. I left the session pain free and relaxed!! Thank You Kevin :)

Vincent was provided a wonderful massage. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He definitely knows his profession and will hopefully return soon
