I've always had a great experience at h&s The few times I had an issue it was quickly resolved. Natalie is an amazing masseuse and should probably be a corporate trainer. I really have enjoyed being a member of hand and stone.

Pleased with the massage therapist's ability to help me feel relaxed and help my tension areas. The receptionist (both) were very welcoming, professional, and kind. Love the ambiance of the massage room; lights dimmed perfectly and relaxing tunes.

The aesthetician was open to my requests (I have a few moles that usually cause issues during facials) and gave me good feedback on my skincare

Makenzie was very knowledgeable and super gentle. She was amazing…which is the only reason I signed up for the membership. Excellent service

Convenient, friendly staff, soothing environment

I had the absolute BEST experience ever and I've been to many massage parlors for all types if different massages including medical massages. JENINE has hands blessed by God! Like seriously, I have never had a massage so wonderful in my life, it was literally PERFECT! She is a true gem to have working at this business. Her personality is so sweet and friendly and she is a pure perfectionist. She knows exactly what she is doing and how to hit every area precisely. She's a true professional. I told her after her massage I now feel like I've been dealing with amateurs. That was my first time there, it was a treat from my bestfriend because I'm relocating in 3 weeks and I'm so upset I hadn't been there sooner. I wish I could pack jenine up and take her with me! If I ever get rich, I would make her an offer she couldn't refuse to be my personal massage therapist. Lol Just don't think twice, go there and ask for Jenine!
