The ambiance at H & S is relaxing. My massage therapist helped relieve my stress with a firm touch allowing me to feel relaxed and at ease.

Service is excellent-facility very clean- receptionists very nice.

My skin is softer and smoother already. I like Nicole. Nicole gives an excellent head and shoulder massage.

Jordan was excellent. She found the spots that were tight and worked out the knots. I especially enjoyed the aromatic oils and warm towels that she used throughout the massage.

My massage therapist was excellent. She helped me relax, relieved tension and when the pressure was to much I let her know and she corrected it quickly.
