Front desk staff very helpful. Ease of making an appointment. Facilities very clean.

The staff was very kind and helped me from the moment I walked in the door. The therapist was great and overall my expectations for the service was exceeded. The appointment ran a bit late (to no fault of anyone specific, hence why I didn’t mind at all), but I was still able to have a full session and really enjoyed it. I do think I will sign up for a longer session next time, as the 50 minutes didn’t get as much focus on my upper body as I liked, but similarly, that’s to no fault of anyone.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because they always remain professional and provide a great ambiance. The staff always makes me feel welcome while also giving knowledge/feedback of services and products available. Hand and stone also makes it a priority to protect my health and safety during my visit.

Service was excellent just the prices are a little high along with the products.

Since becoming a member of hand and stone, I like to call and be able to get in right away and get a facial or massage without having to wait weeks at at a time. Great job!
