The experience I had at hand and stone was exceptional. The staff and facilities were both clean and friendly and professional. I booked a classic facial and with the help and knowledge of my esthetician RYLEE I upgraded to a collagen mask. I was very happy with the results since my skin has been very dry this winter. I highly recommend this Beachwood Hand and Stone location and RYLEE. Can’t wait to go back!!!

My lower back pain is much better after my visit. My plantar fascitis is also better. I felt great after massage. The therapist was knowledgeable and kind.

My therapist was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have very problematic areas and she did a really great job to try and release them. While it didn't fix my issues, I don't believe that was the focus as I will have to return consistently I believe to see more results. I was highly satisfied enough to purchase a membership.

Brenton was skillful in relieving my stress. He encouraged feedback and responsive to my request.

I was concerned with risk of COVID but quickly felt this was a very small risk.

The therapist worked on my problem spots and made me feel better.

My estheticion was very friendly and welcoming. She explained extra things that I could do to improve my skin care as far as aging. I was so pleased with Pam that I have another appointment with her in 2 weeks.
