Hand and Stone

I love coming to Hand and Stone. All staff members are very welcoming, it is a clean and relaxing environment and the massages are always wonderful.

I don't get massages as frequently during COVID as I used to out of safety concerns for myself and others, but I felt quite comfortable during my recent massage.

Had the best facial and massage in a very long time. I signed into a membership just to be able to come back to Pam who did my facial and Ashley who did my massage. Amazing job and professionalism!

The therapist was very good. The spa was clean. I didn’t wait long for my service.

What an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly, the staff waiting room was stylish and clean. I can’t say enough how amazing Jody was a massage therapist. She communicated with me and asked me what my needs were, let me know how the massage would go and asked if it was okay with me, and gave me the best massage I have had in a long time. I am a busy mom of three little boys and she made me forget about that for an hour and just relax!! I did have some aches and pains she was able to take away, what a gift! I will definitely book with her again soon!

This is my second time at Hand & Stone. Both times I was very pleased with my massage therapist, their knowledge, ability to relax and relieve my aches, personality, and they listened. The cleanliness and the ambience of the Beachwood location is exceptional!
