Hand and Stone

Ashley is absolutely wonderful. She is always very happy and friendly. She gives a great massage. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. I definitely will continue my membership. The only problem I have is the distance. I have about a 40 minute drive so I wish Hand and Stone would open a facility closer to Hudson, Ohio.

Always have great customer experience with the staff. My massage therapist (Natalie) has been a crucial part of my latest shoulder surgery recovery. She is so attentive to what’s going on with my shoulder and truly cares about my well being. I’ve also seen Jody at this location and she is awesome as well!

If not for my new Therapist Jason's work and meeting my massage needs, I would've canceled my membership. Its been extremely hard trying to schedule a massage appointment to fit my schedule.
