Excellent massage therapist, my issue was with getting an appointment. The first time I made an appointment, I was contacted because they needed to change it. So I changed it. Then the day of my appointment I was told my massage in MG had to be canceled, so I ended up drinking to Plymouth instead. Luckily I ended up with an excellent massage so I was very happy with that and staff was always friendly. It is frustrating though trying to book appointments and the price hike that has happened twice when I'm supposed to be a founding member, it seems not right that my price is going up when I locked in the lower rate years ago.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was able to relax, and I felt like a new person after my appointment. I will be recommending this location and returning next month.

The therapist is very knowledgeable on muscle structure, connectivity and how to relieve tightness.

Customer service is always pleasant, facility is inviting, bathrooms are clean, services are professionally handled.

My masseuse knew deep massage techniques. If this was only Swedish massage, we would quit immediately. You need to do more to keep your staff on

It was relaxing to be there. Reception was calming and the room ambiance was peaceful. The massage relieved my aching body.
