Hand and Stone

First time massage by Joshua and it was very well done. We started late but he gave me back the lost time.

A tray for belongings in the room would be helpful (rings, earrings, hair clips etc)

Amber, my massage therapist was very awkward and seems to have a hard time filling the time during my massage. there was no music at all and it was completely silent which i found to be weird. the therapist would randomly stop massaging for no reason ( not for lotion or for an itch) she seemed almost disinterested and would stop all pressure at times with just both hands resting on my body, no movement. overall I would not see Amber again, but I usually have a fabulous experience at hand and stone and I even got my mom to join the membership.

Great massage therapist. I have had good luck at Plymouth location. I was canceled repeatedly at the Maple Grove location. ( Like 5 of 6 appointments ).

Abi is a great massage therapist and has helped with my shoulder and upper back pain. Convenient appt times and value for service

The therapist knew what she was doing, so even though I asked for specific areas she just did everything. But based on what I had told her, it didn’t surprise me, so I actually appreciated it. It felt like an initial consultation where she just finds everything wrong, and the fact that she got it down inside an hour or just over is impressive.

Therapist was excellent! Worked on neck which no one has addressed previously. Also addressed areas I cited as problem.

Great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back... I did feel pressured to schedule another upon leaving. Receptionist did not listen or missed it when I said I will not schedule anything now. She continued to push for an appointment. I ended up after several attempts scheduling an appointment to stop the push and move on. I will have to cancel that next appointment as I will be off at collage.
