Both technicians were friendly and very knowledgable of their craft and what treatment would benefit me the most. I was overdue for a massage and facial but now I feel so relaxed and my skin is rehydrated and has a healthy glow. The products recommended are helping correct the skin issues I have. I'm following up with a couple of more massages this month and will continue with a regular monthly facial and massage regime. Alissa and Brittney are awesome!

It is all about the experience! I have been going to hand and stone for a few years. I was frustrated and decided to end my memebership due to the availability to schedule appointments when I wanted. I still had packages left, and went to plymouth where I met Ben! He is professional, polite, and an amazing therapist! I ended up signing back up for my membership and will book my appointments in advance.

My esthetician was amazing. She was kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable. She recommended products for me based on my specific skin issues. I don't really love the moisturizer because it feels too greasy, but I trust that she knows what she is talking about. Overll, I don't feel a huge difference in my skin, but I also believe that if I go regularly, I will start to see a difference soon- which is why I purchased the monthly membership.

I've been a member at hand and stone for over 5 years and since it was sold to the new owner I have been unhappy with the service. Staff have left and the only provider I ENJOY has been sick and not available. Rude "manager" told me I check my voice mail about my appointments. Gave me a free message but I would rather have the service I planned. Joanne is excellent but your intern-structure needs work.
