The service and ability to book and keep appointments in this location has improved greatly in the past year. There was a time...especially right after Covid settled down when you couldn't count on a single appointment to be held and/or not rescheduled at least 2 or 3 times. And, it was extremely hard....if not impossible to get appointments after 5 p.m. (which makes it hard to be a member is you have a full time day job). But that has also improved and the therapists you have on staff seem much happier and content than the previous staff therapists. Things are definitely looking up in this location and that is good because I was on the verge of canceling my membership which I have held since 2016.

My massage therapist was spot on. She asked a couple times throughout the massage how the pressure was. Bed was warm and that is a plus. It was one of my better massages I have had at Hand and Stone.

Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and explained everything she did and how it worked. This is the best relief I’ve had for my low back pain that I can remember.

Sarah was very friendly. She listened and proposed a plan. Her pressure was exactly what I needed. I usually do not find massages relaxing because I am tight and go for people with deeper pressure, but I think I just needed Sarah. I was able to relax and was less tense after. Definitely want to see her in the future!

Brittany is wonderful. I was so stressed when I got there and walked out a new person. She is so friendly and upbeat and does a great job explaining the process to me.

The front desk is genuinely friendly, helpful, and sincere. Therapist is friendly and listens to my concerns. Entire staff has been professional, friendly, and helpful!

Danielle is so friendly and gives a wonderful massage. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean and ambiance is great.

I received a phone call the day before my appointment that the therapist I booked with had Covid. However they were able to book me with another therapist in the same time slot which I really appreciated. Sometimes rebooking for cancelled appointments has been challenging. The staff is very helpful, patient, professional and courteous!
