Brittany always spends time with me before the procedure asking a lot of questions. I feel like my facial is geared for me not generic. I appreciate that.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their welcoming approach. My therapist, Lainey, is very skilled In dealing with my problem areas. She is a good listener and asks for and receives feedback. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants an exceptional massage.

I had not had a massage for several months due to knee surgeries. It was wonderful to return! The time Ann spent on relieving the tension in my neck and shoulders was so helpful. Can't wait to return next week and catch up on my regular sessions.

I love my massage therapist. She uses the correct pressure for my back and understands me. However, the cost of the services are too expensive.

I am fairly regular in booking facials with Brittany and have found her to be exceptional. I love the total experience - Brittany, the products and the result. (As well as the pampering and relaxation!) I use the Dermalogica products at home and like them very much, although wish they were not quite so expensive.

Ben was incredible. He listened to me at the beginning of the massage for my need/pain areas and he focused on exactly what I asked. I can say he has been the only therapist in many years of therapists who fully relieved an area in my neck that has been a literal pain forever. The receptionist team is always friendly, quick to answer questions, and work hard to find appointments that fit my schedule. I recently came to the Plymouth location because I was rescheduled from my usual Maple Grove location. Maple Grove is good, but Plymouth has been exceptional and I now drive a little further just for their friendly faces and services.

Even though my appointment started late the therapist made sure to make the time up. The staff was all nice. The massage was nice and relaxing and I wasn’t sore afterwards. The therapist did a nice job of checking in with me to make sure the pressure was good that I was doing ok. I also appreciate the Plymouth location for being able to get me in because maple grove had canceled my appointment the day before.

Overall my experience was great. I like going to Hand and Stone because it helps me take care of my body. My massage therapist really helped relieve pain in the targeted areas. My back and legs felt much better after.
