Explained what was going to be done. Explained while it was being done. Also asked lots of questions about my face and skin to ensure proper and correct usage of products.

The staff are friendly and professional. Always there to answer questions and make appointments easy. Brittany is amazing! I value her options and asking how my skin is improving and what I can do to improve.

Because, my therapist listened to me and where I told her my aches & pains were and specifically worked on those areas. I felt great when I walked out the door!

While I have been a member for several years and have not had any issues, I have chosen to cancel my membership. My dues were approximately $49 when I joined several years ago and they increased to $75 in recent months, and based on history they will probably continue to rise. I 'm a retiree and am not wanting to fit this into my limited budget any more. It would be wonderful if you would offer a Senior Discount for your memberships.
