The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The therapist was able to answer all my questions.

Everything was great from the experience, my only issue was the actual scheduling. I know we're in a labor shortage so there are things out of your control but i had to reschedule multiple times between two locations, the appointments kept getting moved without consulting me first (I would just get a text or email about the change). And each time we scheduled I noted the appointments had to be at 4 pm or later and they would keep asking to move to 2:30 or 3. And a few days before our original appointment that we had to wait weeks for, they had to move it. So we ended up waiting almost 8 weeks to get a massage that wasn't in the middle of the day together.

She worked on all of the body areas I ask for. The pressure was as I ask for . The specific area I was having trouble with is better since she worked on it.

I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the H&S salon. I can lay back and enjoy being pampered for awhile. all the therapists have been very good in the years I have used your services.

This was the first time I had been into the Plymouth location and I was very pleased overall with my experience. The reception area was clean and the staff was friendly. My massage therapist, Tara, was exceptional. She really listened to me and helped me with problem areas in my back. I scheduled two more appointments with her and just need to figure out scheduling for more!

Have been here before but prior to the pandemic. I have always been treated well. One day I will substitute a facial for a deep tissue massage.

One of the best massages I've ever had! I left feeling relaxed and stress-free. It's been a long time since I felt like that. The massage did what I hope it would have done. It loosened up my tight lower back and shoulders. I was able to bend over to tie my shoes and reach behind my back. I knew it was a good massage when I woke up this morning feeling sore in a good way.
