I appreciated being greeted with a smile. The massage therapist is considerate and calculates how much pressure to use based on what I have requested. Water is offered, restrooms are clean and attitudes are positive.

My Massage Therapist Sara is very good. She has great hands and ability to make my back feel much better. She uses just the right amount of pressure.

Tara does an excellent job on working my “knots” out.

Everything was great from the experience, my only issue was the actual scheduling. I know we're in a labor shortage so there are things out of your control but i had to reschedule multiple times between two locations, the appointments kept getting moved without consulting me first (I would just get a text or email about the change). And each time we scheduled I noted the appointments had to be at 4 pm or later and they would keep asking to move to 2:30 or 3. And a few days before our original appointment that we had to wait weeks for, they had to move it. So we ended up waiting almost 8 weeks to get a massage that wasn't in the middle of the day together.
