I thought I had booked 2 appt online. I was so excited to get in as soon as i did. Only to get there and find out something went wrong and i was not on the schedual. The more we searched for my appt and was coming up with nothing, tears started filling up.Seriously, 5 min later they had a cancellation! Ok, facial at 8p. I of course took this reservation no matter if it was 3 hrs later. I was getting ready to leave and another cancellation came in. I was able to get into that appt sooner and the therapist decided she would'nt take dinner break , therefore I got in for the other appt, YAY! Call it a true god thing!!! The girls and I hit it off from the first step into the door all the way til I paid. It was the best most relaxing, rejuvinating,peaceful and comfortable $300 I have spent on myself in along time. Thank you to everyone that was in my path from the first srep in the door. I am horrible with names, Im sorry. Thank you to everyone who made my much needed pampering, decrease stress and friendly Hand and Stone staff!!!! see you again soon!

Asia in the waiting room is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. My masseuse was AMAZING! She helped me with a shoulder injury I've had for a long time. I am sleeping better and much more comfortable. I signed up for the monthly package because the staff is so wonderful.

My Therapist did an excellent job on every area I needed very friendly pleased with all over services in every area

My therapist recommended which hot stone may be best for my needs. She turned up the music when I told her I was hearing impaired so I could hear the relaxing noise better. She was attentive to my requests.

Brittney is amazing!! The overall place is clean and just fine but I've only kept my membership based on the cost increasing due to Brittney extraordinary service!

Was happy to have appointment times that were readily available but this was due to a new hire, not usually the case. I liked my massage therapist - she did a great job hitting my areas of pain. The membership fees continue to go up and with how high the turnover rate is with massage therapists - I feel like as soon as I find a new one I like, they leave. After nearly four years here I will probably cancel the membership and book appointments as needed with a local place. I called on a Thursday evening to book initially - called 3 times and waited on hold for 7-8 minutes each time, never talked to anyone. Had to just call the next morning when someone finally answered. Reception also usually does not know the specialties of the therapist which is a little annoying when you pay so much. Really do not understand the high turnover rate with both massage therapists and reception.

Most of the time I can not get an appointment on my schedule. I ask for owner or GM to call me and no call back in 2 weeks.

My therapist does an amazing facial and I really enjoy my skin afterwards.
