I consistently receive good customer service. My massage therapist, Debbie, always greets me and asks what she can focus on during my massage. Everyone does a good job of up selling without being pushy or obnoxious.

My massage therapist, Jamie, listens to my needs and makes sure I am comfortable for the entire massage.

Jamar listen to my areas of need and did an amazing job of working on my feet. Most Therapist quickly move past the feet as if the are not important. I spend 7 hours a day on my feet, so it is very important to me that when I state that area needs attention, that it receives smple time.

Jamie was great. I'm disappointed on the availability of getting in for a service. I was lucky to get a cancellation. H&S definitely needs more therapists!
