Hand and Stone

I had some sensitive issues and my therapist knew the right points to massage to ease the pain and pressure. She knew exactly how the keep the surroundings of the room. Hand & Stone is consistent and I can depend and rely on a great outcome every time. I have NO hesitation recommending them to anyone I know.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the massage and was very satisfied with the service.

Laney is a phenomenal therapist. She is relaxing, applies great pressure, helps with the root cause of issues and I LOVE going to see her. She is the main reason why I have two massage memberships going with your location and another company.

The massage therapist used consistently rather strong pressure which is exactly what my arthritic, tense neck needed. The therapist did check a couple times to be sure that I was still comfortable with the pressure level. The therapist was great, but I will not buy another membership because during COVID, I lost 3 massages because I live in Rochester and as I was not traveling out-of-town, I could not receive my 3 pre-paid massages available at the time I cancelled. While I realize that COVID was negatively impacting the spa’s bottom line, it was impacting me, too, as I lost $210...it seems like a good business practice would have been, for example, to honor one of the pre-paid visits. I know that you could not control COVID, but neither could I, but I was the one who was 100% penalized.

The professionionalism of the staff, like massages and there are not that many with professional looking locations, like the different options besides just a massage.

I feel so happy with my service every time I come in whether it is for a facial or a massage. I also felt very safe coming in during Covid. I feel that a lot of precautions were taken to make sure I was safe and I appreciated that. I also like it when the dog is there. I love dogs.

I was able to get in quicker at this location. The therapist did a quality job.
