Matt is fantastic! I expressed to him that I have not returned to the location that is closest to my home due to multiple issues that I answered questions in this survey. I am very pleased with this location’s front desk staff and the massage therapist at the previous location. The only therapist that I was highly satisfied with there retired. My one and only complaint that I have with H&S is the nickel and dimming of services. I think hot towels should be offered at the initiation of a massage: 1). It stimulates circulation 2). Cleanses the surface for the therapist to begin without grime or other debris, especially feet. 3). It’s just nice!

Upon checking for my appointment in I was warmly greeted at the reception area. After taking a seat, 30 seconds had passed and my therapist entered the room and called my name. The massage was very relaxing and alleviated my pain. I will absolutely continue my membership!
