Amazing and friendly receptionist. Quick response in sending information I needed to complete before my visit. Therapist listened to and worked on my problem areas.

Arthur has pretty good knowledge on identifying the stress and fixing it. I would highly rate him coz my appointment with him never disappoints. I did wrongly chose another person wasn’t up to the mark. Next time will definitely book with Arthur

This was my first time ever receiving a massage and it was given to me as a gift. I was a bit nervous at first but my massage therapist put me at ease. After the massage, I felt pain relief in the areas that I had problems for years. Great experience!

Therapist was great, super friendly and firm on the massage, it really helped my back and neck that were hurting. I think it would help to have the room a little warmer when you walk in. The heated bed was nice. Now that I had the introductory rate, it jumps up significantly higher unless you join the membership. That will make it less likely for me to return.

I have had consistently terrific service at the Polaris location. Sierra is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I get wonderful massages from her and she is whom I request.

Everything was great. All the tightness in my back was gone and I left feeling amazing. I'll definitely be back. The only thing I feel that needs to be addressed is the lack of a First Responders/military discount.
