Hand and Stone

Kara was a wonderful massage therapist. She maintained great pressure and got to the right pain areas. I liked the location too.

This location is slightly hard to find, as many of the strip mall stores along Polaris Parkway are, but once I got in and parked everything was simple from then on. The check in process took a bit longer than I expected, but was very thorough. The receptionist who greeted me was nice, as was Nick, who did my massage. The only thing that struck an odd note was that although I saw four other employees coming and going while I was there, none of them greeted me, said hello, smiled, or even seemed to notice that a client who was not their direct focus was there. A petty thing I suppose, but it does effect the over all ambiance of the location.

The esthetician did a great job. I did think a $20 increase for the hydration add on was expensive. I was a bit surprised that it was $96 for a one hour facial. I have never had one before so maybe this is just what it costs.

I was highly satisfied my Hand and Stone experience because both therapists for my facial and massage were very nice. The environment was very relaxing and my whole body was relaxed after both. I would definitely recommend Hand and Stone to anyone.

Nick, my massage therapist was excellent! But I originally booked a facial and it was cancelled an hour and a half before I arrived. This has happened before.

Very clean, the hours available is great, the staff was very friendly!

Excellent service. Only downfall was no water available for after the message. There were no cups for water. If no cups, switch to small water bottles please.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable while working with you. Leigha, my esthetician is so attentive, willing to listen to any concerns. I feel great after my facials.
