Hiral was excellent from start to finish! She is, by far, the best person I’ve had @ Hand & Stone! She explained the process, did a thorough cleansing & procedure, offered products & was exceptionally friendly & professional!

Ishmael has a great flow to his massages and always asks for any specific requests for the day. I am never waiting for more than a few minutes and the time seems to stretch while he is massaging me.

I forget the name of my massage therapist but honestly she made my first time feel so special. She deserved $30 tip. I love peppermint oil scalp treatment and foot treatment and hot stone massage the best. I wish I could afford a massage every week but this was such a treat.
