Appreciate the therapists recommendation of switching between deeper/harder therapists and one for more relaxation. I’ve done that but usually by accident. Good approach so you get pain relief and relaxation

My massage therapist Matt is highly trained. He can relieve muscles pain in specific areas. He is careful to consider my age and physical limitations when working with me.
