Hand and Stone

This was our first visit to a Hand and Stone. We called last minute and they were able to accommodate us for 90 minute massages.It was one of our top 3 massages that we have ever experienced. We were so happy, we signed up to be a member. Unfortunately we are from another state so hopefully the experience will be the same at home.

I have been to Massage Envy quite a bit. I tried to book there but they had NOTHING available at all for the date I wanted, even well in advance. I’m so glad I “had” to come to H&S because the quality of the massage was so much better. (The hot stones were amazing and I could tell that my therapist was focusing on where he felt tightness vs just going through a set routine). I’ll never go back.

The therapist was excellent. The reception area is so small I felt like everyone was listening. There was a woman on FaceTime lying across a chair that was quite annoying. Management should have asked her to go outside.

Everyone was very friendly. Appointment started and stopped on time. Massage quality was excellent. Pressure was good. He worked on exactly the are I said needed help. He didn't make me talk and just let me relax.

From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, cleanliness, and knowledge of services provided. This was my first facial and I was extremely pleased with the results! I cannot wait for future appointments to see how much my skin approves.

Sidney is a pleasure to interact with and is so friendly. I feel confident that my skin is being well cared for and I absolutely believe that part of the reason I get complements on how beautiful my skin is regularly is due to getting a monthly facial at H&S.

My therapist is simply fantastic. I've been using the same therapist for over 6 months and he remembers my issues from session to session and so has become more and more effective as time has gone on. Very happy with my therapist.
