Jonetta is amazing. I love her, but she is the ONLY reason I come to this facility. The receptionists and other therapists are terrible. This last visit sealed the deal for me. The HS students in the lobby looked at me in the eye and acted like I was inconveniencing them because they had to stop talking to the phone girl. She's not a receptionist. I get more and more disappointed with this place each time I come. I hope Jonetta moves to another business.

Everyone from the front desk to the therapist to the other therapists I saw in the hall, were extremely friendly. I have been seeing the same therapist for several months so she is familiar with my aches and pains, and knows where to focus her time with little direction. My only complaint is a 60-minute massage is not a 60-minute massage with 5-10 minutes given on the front and backend to change, cuts it down to 50 minutes or less.

First time massage. Felt comfortable from the start. Check in staff is so friendly, everyone was so accommodating to my needs. I signed up for a membership!! Excellent deal … no enrollment fee if u jump on it after ur first service. SO worth it ladies.
