Hand and Stone

I look forward to my monthly appointments. My therapist always finds problem areas I didn’t know I had. I leave feeling relaxed and in a better state of mind.

My therapist did a fantastic job and checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was doing fine. It's probably too expensive for me to continue coming in though.

Nick at the front desk was very inviting and helpful with my experience at hand and stone. The cleanliness of the spa was great! Sidney did a wonderful job through out the facial. I will definitely be back!

Ethan was awesome. He made sure we addressing issues that I was experiencing, made me feel comfortable with the process, helped work out some of the stress points, and helped me with some stretches I could do to keep seeing improvement.

It was a last minute decision to do this yesterday and I was able to book an appointment and then Sydney was so awesome I will definitely return!

I went in with issues involving trigger points in my shoulder. Raquel (might be spelled wrong) was amazing. This was my first massage and she was so helpful with me. My shoulder is much better, and it is because of her that I decided to get a membership.

Ethan is highly knowledgeable about muscle groups. He also showed me a few stretches I can do at home. The massage experience was very good and I felt much better when I left 😊

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Matt at Polaris is my therapist and he is fantastic at making my feel comfortable, make sure we accomplish hitting all my sore spots but also keeps it relaxed. As soon as I walk in I start to feel relaxed. Great lighting, soft sounds and smells.
