The customer service that I receive when visiting H&S is always exceptional. My massage therapist Racquel did an amazing job. My only disappointment with my visit was when I was informed my massage was over. I could have easily done another hour!

Compared to other locations I have been to, this one is the best for friendliness of staff and quality of massage. I will be returning.

My therapist was a wonderful person, but her technique and style was not to the level of which my cancelled appointment/therapist would have been. She was so friendly, but did talk a lot, which I didn't address, which is my fault, not hers.

They are on top of any issue which might come up. Shawna is exceptional...she has a wonderful way of relaxing her client with her neck and shoulder massage...I receive such a relaxing time while I'm there and my skin looks and feels amazing.

My massage therapist, Rochelle, is the best! She always gives her best effort and asks what I want her to work on. She is caring and kind. I always feel better when I leave.

Therapist Miranda is great. Felt so much better when I left. Place is clean. Receptionist very helpful and knowledgeable.
