The esthetician was very knowledgeable and steered me to the appropriate service . She explained the service, which was new to me. I have never before experienced the change in my skin which was evident at the end of the treatment.

I visited the H & S location at Polaris. I was very happy with everything during my visit. My massage therapist, Raquel, was incredible! It was probably one of the top 3 best massages that I have ever had! She was very detailed when it came to her manipulations. Everything she would do on one side was exactly the same on the other side(Left side and right side). The pressure applied was perfect and I was incredibly relaxed within a few minutes into my massage. I booked my next appointment already with Raquel! There is actually a H & S location a lot closer to me, but she is so awesome that I can't not go back to her!

Ethan was very good with the massage of my hip area I mentioned. The overall massage was very good. I will certainly be back and requesting Ethan again

There was a lot of knowledge about the products and how my skin was reacting to them and some great recommendations made. She was able to point out things on my skin and describe how to take care of them. Also was great at explaining the different extras to choose from and did not pressure me to upgrade at all. Very relaxing session.
