Geneve was very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerned. I left feeling incredible and very relaxed. When I arrived I was a mess but left feeling relaxed.

Massage was perfect with Sara and seen a lot of options to try in the future.

I needed a Swedish massage ASAP and, surprisingly, a couple spots opened up within a few minutes of my search. The booking was easy online and I was able to compete all necessary forms prior to my arrival. My massage therapist was amazing!! The only reason I marked “not likely” to return to this location is because I don’t live in the Columbus area. I was just visiting. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of my therapist, but whoever the female therapist was working at the Polaris Parkway location who gave me a last-minute-booked massage on Friday, August 13th...THANK YOU!!! The massage was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would come back for your services if I’m in the area long enough!!

Services were very enjoyable & the end results of my facial were fabulous. The texture of my skin was smoother & firmer. Also, there were less visible lines. The overall appearance of my neck & face improve dramatically. I think this is going to be my go-to facial.

My husband and I are very satisfied with this Hand and Stone. My therapist, Miranda is excellent. My husband is very happy with Sierra. The main receptionist there knows us by name when we walk in. She is awesome too!
