I’m highly satisfied with Hand And Stone, the appointment was easy to make the reception and reception area were friendly and inviting, I didn’t wait long, my massage therapist greeted me and in a friendly manner took me back to our room. My therapist asked me my needs and the massage proceeded, and she met all my needs, and I was highly satisfied

Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room to check appearance before leaving the room

Services are usually good - facilities are very clean.

Often the front desk staff are new and not knowledgeable.

Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, and helps in easing my pain and discomfort in my muscles and joints. Very relaxing and therapeutic. He is the best.

My massage therapist is all around wonderful. I enjoy chatting with her. The massage she gives me is excellent and I look forward to it every month.

My massage therapist, Valerie was very knowledgeable and helpful. My back needed extra attention and it felt so much better afterwards. The only downfall is something that my therapist has nothing to do with. therapist has nothing to do with. I found the carpet to be old and dirty looking and the towels used were stained and shredded along the edges. I believe a massage business should look clean and precise. Again, the therapust was wonderful and I will be back, once I move back to Ohio.

Hiral is an excellent aesthetician. She's friendly and professional, knows her products and makes my skin feel amazing.
