From the minute I enter H and S I feel relaxed and greeted with very pleasant employees at the front desk. I only go to Shelly as she knows my body now and the problems I have, she’s wonderful and very pleasant. Scheduling is easy and my husband, also a member, and I never have difficulty getting an appointment on the same day and time with our massage therapist.

Overall great experiences. Only had one hiccup of online scheduling made a mistake and had to rebook over the phone. Other than that, it was a great experience.
