Joy is kind, knowledgeable, and is able to make me feel comfortable. I keep coming back because of her. Coming to see her is a part of my self-care process. I recommend her to a lot of people. I appreciate the staff at the front desk as well. They are always welcoming, helpful, and working hard to make sure things go smoothly. I frequent the Deer Park, Illinois Hand and Stone.

The technician was thorough in understanding what I wanted. She made sure I felt comfortable when she came across parts of my back that needed attention. She also gave me tips for care after the appointment.
